Combining modern technology with the best cheese making traditions, the APV CheddarMaster System provides total control over belt usage, loading heights and speeds as well as the salting system. This enables the dairy to preserve the distinguishing characteristics of the product while fully benefitting from higher capacity and consistent quality at lower cost.
The standard unit consists of the following key sections:
- Curd/whey separator pre-drain screen
- Draining conveyor
- Cheddar conveyors or Cheddar tower system
- Salting/mellowing conveyor
The modular design means that the APV CheddarMaster System can be precisely configured to meet the individual needs of the dairy. All equipment is designed for efficient and effective CIP and meets USDA requirements.
Proven capacities ranging from 900 to 15,000 kg/h mean that there is an APV CheddarMaster System configuration for all needs.
