The APV BrixMaster adds new dimensions to flexibility and efficiency in two-stream blending

The BrixMaster is a fully automatic two-stream blending system, which can readily be integrated with any of the APV Systems beverage process units. The standard BrixMaster can store and handle up to 30 different recipes. When designing the APV BrixMaster great emphasis has been placed on a unit which can operate with many different products without compromising accuracy. The APV BrixMaster performance is independent of product temperature variations and the presence of fibres in the product. The APV BrixMaster can even operate with diet products.

To enhance flexibility, an add-on line is available as an option turning a 2-stream blender into a 3-stream blender. The third line can be used as a make up line for off-Brix product from a pasteuriser. The resulting product loss will then be 0%. The use of only high quality instruments with specially developed control software gives an accuracy of <+0.1° Brix in the final product. The standard capacity range spans 3,000 -30,000 l/h.
