DELTA M4 and MP4

		The DELTA M4 and MP4 aseptic single seat valves are designed for aseptic applications in the food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and chemical industries and the valves are available in shut-off or change-over design as well as for manifold or tank outlet applications. The DELTA M4 includes a flat rubber coated teflon membrane and the DELTA MP4 includes a TFM teflon integrated membrane, shaft and cone.

• The flat membrane design ensures tight sealing and thereby microbiological impermeability to the outside environment - even after many SIP cycles, no re-tightening of the housing closures are necessary.
• The sterile barrier has a long life time - typically several hundred thousand strokes during normal operation - due to its material flexibility and low stress mechanical design.
• Efficient sterilization due to open geometry and accessability without any dead areas or air pockets.
• Unlike conventional bellow designs, the smooth surface of the membrane and the shaft provides excellent cleanability without any dead areas.
• Easy leakage detection on the housing lid.
