Quality Policy
APV is committed continuously carry out Process and Quality
improvement projects, aim for the highest customer requirement
satisfactory and fulfil current legislation, norms and standards
and hereby improve the efficiency of the quality system.
APV wishes to fulfil these goals by focusing on quality to achieve
the best possible results:

Quality Training
Quality training is an integral part of the quality activities
at APV. We have an established team of Six Sigma
"Black-belt" Quality Champions who
are responsible for educating and training personnel in specific
procedures, methods and techniques, as well as communicating the
total quality concept and creating an environment where quality is
key.
Our training activities take place at all levels of the
organisation. On a regular basis, a number of internal quality
training courses are provided either by experienced APV instructors
or by instructors from external organisations.
Furthermore, APV personnel are encouraged to participate in
external training courses, e.g. university courses in Six Sigma,
Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and to participate in various
conferences and knowledge groups.
